PRDocs ("we") operates productrequirementsdocument.com. This page explains what we collect on this website and why.

• When you join the waitlist, we collect your name and email address. If you give them, we also collect your company, your role and your company size.
• With your waitlist entry we store the user agent your browser sends, which names your browser and device type.
• Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps basic server logs, such as your IP address, the page you requested and the time of the request. These logs help keep the site running and secure.

This site does not use cookies for analytics or advertising.

We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless product analytics (PostHog, hosted in the US) to understand page usage.

Waitlist details are stored with our service providers: Supabase (database) and PostHog (US), and we are moving fully to PostHog. Vercel hosts the site.

We use your waitlist details to tell you about our launch and early access.

We keep your waitlist details until our launch outreach is done, or until you ask us to delete them.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them. Email us at hello@productrequirementsdocument.com and we will help.

We do not sell your details or share them for advertising. Only the service providers named above handle them, on our behalf.

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their details.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
